Meet Caitlyn Evans, our newest Project Coordinator based in Durban, who joins Donna’s team with a love for creativity, a curious mind, and an enthusiasm for bringing brands to life.
Tell us about your role and journey at Matriarch
I’m a Project Coordinator, supporting the team in bringing exciting projects together behind the scenes and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What are you currently studying?
I’m currently studying towards a Bachelor of Commerce in Digital Marketing, which allows me to combine my passion for creativity with a growing understanding of the marketing world.
Tell us three interesting facts about yourself
I absolutely love art, whether I’m creating it myself or appreciating someone else’s work. I’m also a big fan of documentaries, especially anything true crime. And if you ask anyone who knows me, they’ll tell you I have a soft spot for black cats. Mine is called Luna, and she definitely rules the house.
What excites you most about the experiential marketing industry?
There’s something incredibly exciting about taking an idea or product and transforming it into a real-life experience that people can see, feel and remember. I’m looking forward to learning from such an amazing team, getting stuck into creative problem-solving, and helping bring brands to life through meaningful experiences.
One last question… what’s your guilty pleasure snack?
Without a doubt, salt and vinegar crisps are my all-time favourite snack. But if we’re talking guilty pleasures, you’ll probably catch me eating a spoonful of Nutella straight from the jar!
