That’s why we created the Future 5 Leadership Programme: a focused initiative to develop high-potential talent within our business and strengthen Matriarch’s long-term future.

Each year, five individuals are selected for an intensive leadership development journey. In 2025, five exceptional team members successfully completed the programme:
