Each year, five individuals are selected for an intensive leadership development journey. In 2025, five exceptional team members successfully completed the programme:
Over twelve months, they stepped beyond their day-to-day roles and leaned into deeper growth – expanding their strategic thinking, strengthening accountability, and refining the way they lead within their respective departments.
The outcome was not simply new skills, but measurable mindset shifts.
