With a heart for people, an eye for detail, and a mind wired for operations, Flo brings structure, strategy, and inspiration to every campaign she touches. She might be new to the Matriarch family, but her passion for building high-performing teams and memorable brand experiences shines through in everything she does.
Let’s get to know her a little better!
Tell us about your role at Matriarch.
As a Regional Manager, I’m responsible for the smooth execution of field operations across our campaigns and activations. From planning logistics to ensuring our teams are fully briefed and supported, I’m right in the middle of the action, making sure everything runs like clockwork. My role is very people-focused, and I love being able to guide and uplift our field teams – helping them grow, stay motivated, and deliver their best work. I’m passionate about creating real, meaningful experiences for brands and consumers alike.
What’s your professional background, and what are you working towards?
I studied events and gained valuable hands-on experience in campaign execution, and I’m now working towards completing my marketing degree – I plan to register this year! I’ve always believed in lifelong learning and constantly pushing myself to grow. Experiential marketing is such a dynamic, ever-evolving industry, and staying curious is key. I’m especially drawn to understanding what makes people tick — why they buy, how they connect, and what really influences their choices.
What areas of marketing do you find most exciting?
There are so many layers to marketing that excite me! I’m fascinated by consumer psychology and what drives human behaviour — the deeper reasons behind why people engage with certain brands. I also enjoy data-driven strategies, where we analyse what’s working and tweak campaigns for even better results. I love anything related to brand building, social media, and community engagement — creating emotional connections with people is where real magic happens. And of course, I keep an eye on trends and innovation to make sure we’re always one step ahead.
What part of your work are you most passionate about?
I’m most passionate about leading and inspiring teams to bring immersive campaigns to life. Whether it’s a live activation, an interactive experience, or an event that connects people to a brand in a meaningful way – I’m all in. I genuinely enjoy building team spirit, solving problems on the ground, and making sure everyone involved feels empowered and supported. When everything clicks and the team feels proud of what we’ve created, that’s the best reward.
What are your hobbies or interests outside of work?
I’m someone who thrives in nature, so I love outdoor activities like hiking or jogging – they help me recharge and clear my head. I also enjoy reading up on industry trends and innovations. It keeps me inspired and sparks ideas for future campaigns. And when I can, I volunteer for community events — giving back and staying connected to people outside of work is really important to me.
Tell us a bit about your family.
I’m a proud mom to a beautiful daughter who’s turning six soon — she’s the light of my life! Watching her grow and learn every day inspires me to keep pushing myself, both personally and professionally. She reminds me why it’s so important to lead by example and build a future filled with passion, kindness, and purpose.
